New player FAQ
What is NorthNetworkRP?
NorthNetworkRP is a PS5 GTA V roleplay community, established in 2024. We run our own CAD (computer-aided dispatch) and our own Discord bot, so every call, stop, arrest and dollar in our roleplay is recorded and sticks.
Is NorthNetworkRP a PS5 GTA 5 RP server?
Yes. We are a console community built for PS5 players. There is no PC and no FiveM here. You need a PS5, a working microphone and Discord.
Do I need roleplay experience?
No. Everyone starts as a civilian, and the CAD gives you a short guided tour that only shows what your role can use. Staff and members are happy to help new players.
How do I join the police, Fire/EMS or dispatch?
Start as a civilian, get settled, then apply for the department you want in our Discord.
Do I need a microphone?
Yes. Console roleplay depends on voice, so you need a working microphone and must use push-to-talk. English is our main language.
